Pulse Out
See who's around, only while you choose to be seen
At a conference, a meetup or a café, start Pulse Out to see the people within about a kilometre who have it open too, and connect in one tap. When you stop, you're no longer visible.

01
How it works
Off until you start it
Pulse Out does nothing until you start it. You pick which of your cards people nearby will see.
Visible for a while
While it runs, the app shows that you're visible nearby and how much time is left. Stop it whenever you like.
Connect in one tap
People nearby appear in a list. Send a request; they can accept it or choose not now.
02
Your location, handled carefully
PulseIn asks for your location only when you use a feature that needs it. Pulse Out uses your precise location while it's running, because matching people within about a kilometre needs it. When you save where you met someone, that place is stored with the contact, so you can find it later. We don't guess where you are from your IP address.
If location is off for PulseIn, Pulse Out says so and shows you where to turn it on. Nothing else in the app stops working.
03
In the same room
When you're standing next to someone, Find people nearby uses Bluetooth to find PulseIn users close to you, so you can swap cards without spelling out your name.
