Illegal, or against our rules?
It's illegal
For example a threat, a scam, someone's intimate images shared without consent, or a copyright infringement. Use this page: it's a legal notice under the EU Digital Services Act. We confirm it, review it, and tell you our decision and how to challenge it.
It breaks our rules
For example spam, rudeness or something you'd just rather not see. Report it in the app from the post's or profile's menu, or block or mute the account. See our community guidelines.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Send us a notice by email
The online form isn't open yet. Until it is, email your notice to [email protected] and include:
- the link to the content (copy it from the app's Share menu);
- why you believe it's illegal, and under which law if you know;
- your name and email address (optional for notices about the protection of minors);
- the sentence: “I confirm in good faith that the information in this notice is accurate and complete.”
We'll confirm we've received it and tell you our decision by email.
What happens next
- We confirm we've received your notice, with a reference and a private link where you can follow it. If you give an email address, we send the confirmation there too.
- A person on our team reviews the content, the most serious notices first, and decides whether it's illegal or breaks our community guidelines.
- We tell you our decision, the reasons, and whether we used automated tools to make it.
- If you disagree, you can ask us to look again for six months after the decision. If you live in the EU you can also go to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, or to court.
- We don't tell the person whose content you reported who you are.
Please only send notices you believe are accurate. If someone keeps sending notices that are clearly unfounded, we may warn them and then stop processing their notices for a while.
What we keep
We keep your name and email until 200 days after our decision, then erase them; the notice itself is kept for two years after the decision. Nothing on this page uses cookies or trackers. More in our privacy policy.
